spear of fury is always good.
aside from that you could take any number of spear or beast mastery skills. Poisonous Bite is good, it feeds Scavenger's Strike and Spear of Fury. Brutal Strike and Melandru's Assault are good damage if you can afford the energy, and there are a lot of interrupts and knockdowns in beast mastery if you have a slot to fill. I like to carry Otyugh's Cry on most beast master builds because +24 armor and unblockable attacks are always useful.

My favorite P/R build for pvp has to be SaO.

12 Beast Mastery
11 Spear Mastery
6 Leadership

1. Strike as One
2. Spear of Lightning
3. Scavenger's Strike
4. Merciless Spear
5. Spear Swipe
6. Leader's Comfort
7. Charm Animal
8. Comfort Animal

I know the lack of command or motivation lessens the armor from your sheild and thier is no IAS, it may seem pretty ba or pvp. But I generally use P/R only in fort aspenwood on kurzick side. When everyone is breaching the gates an you need to kill and slow them down, using SaO to teleport your pet to anyone and then cripple them is amazing! Deep wound gets them down faster and scavengers keep energy up. The kurzick allies heal you to leaders comfort cap and the daze from spear swipe really annoy opposing eles and monks. I like it alot, I hope you can get te same results I do!
